When I joined Jupiter, the work looked like this:
A dozen analysts spent their days writing SQL, feeding insights to a product team that turned them into strategy. Designers iterated in sequence to land on a direction. Engineering was split into pods, each with knowledge that stopped at the pod boundary. Growth ran on manual segmentation, manual campaign monitoring, manual fine-tuning, and a queue for every design and every line of copy.
Then we made AI-native a company-level bet.
Today:
Insights are auto-generated, and anyone can pull their own without writing a line of SQL.
A product manager runs multiple products at once: new builds, enhancements, and fixes in parallel.
Designers iterate in parallel instead of in sequence, and ship working prototypes instead of static frames.
Any engineer can pick up any module, whether or not they have touched it before.
Growth is automated end to end: dynamic segmentation, automated monitoring and fine-tuning, dynamic content generation.
Still evolving. But transformed.
Now we are hiring a Senior Product Designer (AI Native) in Bangalore.
Two things have to be true.
You have shipped consumer product design that moved a real metric at scale.
And you personally build with AI tools, working prototypes and not click-throughs, with at least one AI-native experience that reached real users.
The first interview is you demoing something you built yourself, running live, on your machine. Not a case study. A working thing.
