For the last year, I've had a second job I rarely posted about.
Today, I'm making it official.
Over the past 12 months, I've worked with 1,000+ students across India: teaching, mentoring, and helping them take their first ventures from idea to first customer. A big part of that year was spent at Mesa School of Business
Somewhere between the pitch reviews and watching 22-year-olds close their first real sale, this stopped being a side thing. It became the work I care about most.
So I've joined Mesa full-time as Director, Forge (Entrepreneur-in-Residence).
I'm building PGP Forge, Mesa's venture-first postgraduate program. Students don't spend the year studying someone else's business. They run their own. Real customers, real revenue, real proof of work.
Which brings me to the ask: I'm hiring a Program Manager to build this with me.
You're a great fit if you have:
- Deep curriculum design experience.
- Time in the education and impact space.
- An AI-native workflow. You use it across everything you do, and can already imagine what it makes possible inside a business school.
You'll help design how a full cohort of young builders learns, sells, and ships over 12 months.
Very few roles let you shape something like this from Day 0.
