Lead Product Manager@MoveInSync
The most interesting product roles, in my opinion, are the ones where success isn't measured by features shipped or roadmaps delivered.
It's measured by the Organization defining business outcomes you own and deliver.
I'm hiring a Lead/Senior Product Manager (8+ years of experience) to own either of the top\bottom line goals for MoveInSync ONE or MoveInSync ION business lines.
Depending on the role, you'll own either a topline or a bottomline charter in either of the businesses, with the autonomy to make product bets, influence strategy, and drive execution. You'll lead Product Managers and Pods, and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership (and ofcourse Engineering, Design).
What I'll be looking for:
* Structured thinking and sound product judgment.
* Commercial acumen and strong customer intuition.
* The ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
* A track record of owning meaningful business outcomes, not just product delivery.
* Conviction to make difficult decisions, humility to revisit them, and the maturity to build alignment across teams.
* A positive, ownership-first mindset and the ambition to take on increasingly larger problems.
* At least one area where you're truly exceptional—whether that's strategy, execution, customer understanding, technical depth, or commercial thinking.
* Minimum 8+ years of Product Management or relevant experience. More the better.
* Tier 1 Engineering or MBA preferred.
