This a contractual role and will be a 1 year contract. If you love the idea of being the go-to person for a whole market — building relationships with professional hosts, spotting the opportunities others miss, and helping shape Airbnb's presence on the ground — this one's for you. A bit about the role: You'll own a book of business in your territory, grow high-quality supply, and become the local expert everyone turns to for market trends and dynamics. Day to day, that means managing partner relationships, digging into data to find where the real opportunities are, onboarding great new supply, and working closely with teams across product, policy, and support to make your market thrive. Some travel to meet hosts in person and represent Airbnb at industry events too. Who we're looking for: - 7+ years in sales, account management, and partner support (tech/travel experience a plus) - Someone comfortable working a pipeline and a book of business - Strong with data — you let the numbers guide your decisions - A charismatic self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can flex between strategy and execution - Great communicator, comfortable on the phone, over email, and in the room - CRM-savvy (Salesforce a bonus) - A genuine passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy — bonus points if you're a host yourself!
