I'm hiring the founding team at FYN Wellness
FYN is India's first brand built around spirulina, the most bioavailable & nutrient-dense superfood on the planet that supports the body with healthy ageing and longevity.
Six months in, and we're already a 3x pitch winner, Titled the Top D2C Startup of India 2026, with a community that stuck around at a 61% repeat rate, entirely word of mouth.
Now to scale from here, these are the key functions I am hiring for:
1) Marketing: content, campaigns, collabs, social media, branding, SEO/GEO.
2) Ops: supply chain, sourcing, inventory, shipping, packaging, product.
I am looking for people who've either built a business before, or are dying to.
You'll lead these roles, build your own team as we grow. It'll be hard. It'll also be the fastest you've ever learned anything.
2+ years experience. Bangalore, in-office. Starting within a month.
