I'm looking for a Growth person. Someone who wants a role that's actually true to the word growth: yours and the business's, across a lot of surfaces at once. Here's what the work looks like: You'll run performance marketing mandates and work directly with clients, keeping them aligned, managing expectations, making sure what we promised actually lands. You'll own influencer projects end to end. You'll pick up open mandates where nobody hands you the answer, and you'll spend real time in the room brainstorming what to try next. And you'll build AI systems with our tech team to automate the repetitive parts, so the team spends its hours on work that actually moves numbers. You'll learn a huge amount just by being in it. Clients, categories, negotiation, tooling, the whole stack. One more thing, and I mean it: the people you'll work with work like beasts. Some of the hardest, sharpest operators I know. Kudos to them, and fair warning to you. The bar is high and the pace is real. If you're protecting a quiet schedule, this won't fit.
