Healthfab is going from a period care brand to a full-stack women's healthcare company - new products, new categories, solving problems women have quietly put up with for far too long. I need a sharp generalist to build that with me from the ground up. Here's the thing: I don't care much about your years of experience or your exact background. I care about how you think. Can you take a problem no one has solved yet, break it down using first principles, and figure out a path forward? Are you the person who asks "but why is it actually done this way?" Do you get genuinely curious about women's health and the gaps still left in it? If your answer is yes to the above questions, the rest we can build together. You'll work directly with me on real product launches and new category bets — research, formulation and partner conversations, claims, launch execution, the works. It's wide, it's fast, and you'll own meaningful pieces early.
