I’m excited to be growing our team at Deel and am looking for a Senior Field Marketing Events Manager (North America). This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale our North American field marketing strategy, building programs that create exceptional customer experiences while driving measurable business impact. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Executive leadership, you’ll own a diverse portfolio of field marketing programs- from executive dinners and customer events to flagship experiences and industry conferences. I’m looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and exceptional execution. Someone who understands how events drive pipeline, build relationships, influence revenue, and strengthen our brand. You’ll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, challenging the status quo, and building scalable programs in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
