We're hiring for the Founder's Office at Taali.
This is not a typical corporate role, so let me be completely honest about what you're signing up for.
Taali is at an inflection point. We just announced our partnership with Pokémon — one of the biggest entertainment IPs in the world — and we're building what comes next: New Product Development across better-for-you snacking, a Brand Refresh that matches our ambition, and scaling across multiple channels.
What you'll actually do:
Everything. That's the honest answer. On a given week you could be:
Working directly with me on new product development and shaping brand direction
Digging into Q-commerce data to figure out why a SKU is flying in Pune but flat in Delhi
Sitting in on manufacturing, procurement, and pricing conversations
Building decks, models, and one-pagers that actually get used to make decisions
Chasing down the unglamorous details — a delayed PO, a label compliance issue, a vendor negotiation — because in a startup, the details are the businessz
Total transparency on work-life balance:
There isn't much of one. You'll be a mini founder. That could mean long hours sometimes, and problems that don't respect your calendar. There will be difficult details to get into — the kind of grinding, unsexy work that most job posts hide behind the word "dynamic." If you want a role with clean boundaries, this isn't it.
What you get in return:
A front-row seat — actually, a seat at the table — as we build one of India's most exciting consumer brands. Direct exposure to founders, zero layers between you and the decisions. You'll compress five years of learning into one or two. If you eventually want to build your own thing, there is no better training ground.
Who we're looking for:
Someone with high ownership, low ego, and genuine curiosity about building consumer brands. 1–4 years of experience, or a fresh grad who can prove they've built things. Based in Mumbai.
If this sounds like you, DM me or email hr@taalifoods.com with a short note on why — no formal cover letter needed. Tell us about something you've built or fixed.
