I’m building a creative squad at Agilitas of young tastemakers, storytellers & creators. You’ll get to work on global sports brands, backed by world renowned athletes and creators, telling stories and building communities. Here’s what you need to have 1. Absolutely zero experience in building sports brands 2. Highly tuned into culture - you must be an active participant in music, sports, fashion, travel communries etc. 3. Must be a creator - not necessarily famous or big, but someone who has taken intiative to build a community for yourself using content. 4. Very little experience - if you have over 5 years experience, this is not for you. 5. Demonstrated ablility to make something - a piece of content, a college event, a local run club etc. 6. Very elevated taste and aesthetics 7. AI must be your best friend / second brain. Here’s what you’ll do 1. Create experiences 2. Create communities 3. Create content 4. Create collaborations This isn’t a hiring post and you don’t need to apply with a CV. Think of it more like an audition for the coolest gig. This is what you need to do. 1. Make a short video demonstrating why you will ace this gig. 2.
