Product Designer@Design Labs
We’re hiring. But first, some context.
A year ago I stopped trying to convince founders that design matters. They already believe it. Every one of them now arrives with something already built, thrown together with AI over a weekend or a month, and it looks fine. What they can't find is someone with the judgment to make it genuinely good and on-brand, and the harder thing underneath that: someone who can make people trust a product that thinks in probabilities and is sometimes wrong.
That's the gap we solve for. At Design Labs we design how humans experience AI. Capability gets a founder the demo. Trust is what earns the second session, and that gap is almost always a design problem, running from the first deck an investor sees to the interface someone decides to rely on.
When anyone can produce output, the whole job becomes judgment and craft, knowing what's right and having the hands to make it real. I want to work with people who live for that part.
We're hiring for three roles, Mumbai-based with remote flexibility:
• Visual Designer, for the brand and websites that become a founder's first impression.
• UI Designer, for the interfaces where trust is won or lost in the details.
• Product Designer, for owning the whole experience, from what to build to a flow people rely on.
I read every shortlisted application myself, and if there's a fit we skip the small talk and go deep. Full board and how to apply in the comments.
