We're hiring our next Head of Growth at Quenzy!
We're building one of the fastest-growing better-for-you soda brands, and we're looking for someone who loves building brands and driving growth from the ground up. 📍 Bengaluru based preferred What you'll do: >Own Quenzy's overall growth strategy across online and offline channels. >Grow our presence across Amazon, quick commerce, retail, and other distribution channels. >Build and expand our B2B business by identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new clients. >Manage relationships with cafés, restaurants, offices, and corporate partners to drive repeat business. >Develop ne partnerships and GTM opportunities. >Work closely with me on strategy, partnerships, and execution. Who we're looking for: >1-2 years of experience in Growth, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or GTM at a consumer startup or FMCG brand. >Experience building B2B partnerships and managing key accounts is a big plus. >A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done. >Strong communication and relationship-building skills. >Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
