I'm hoping to get a really passionate leader who can help me manage a team of 200 people and beyond. You'll be working across different divisions and you'll have to do a lot of context switching, making sure KPIs are met and teams operate at full capacity. I need someone who is cracked and is extremely kind. We've a culture at OWLED that I want to retain. I tend to travel a lot and I need someone on ground at all times to review every single team that's on ground. Past agency experience would be extremely helpful and your understanding on leading difficult client conversations when an escalation comes is going to be paramount. This is a 6 days working role, unlike the 5 days working of OWLED - I know and understand that this can be a bummer for some, but this is a really high value role.
