Marketing Manager@Prosperr
I’m hiring someone to sit in my office and take the marketing half of my job off my hands.
A little context: We are Prosperr, and we build the tax and payroll infrastructure underneath how companies pay their people. Over the last year the business has moved upmarket, towards the finance and HR leaders who decide how thousands of salaries get structured and taxed. Winning them has little to do with cold outreach and a great deal to do with those people already knowing us and trusting that we know the subject, well before sales gets in touch. That trust is built through marketing, and right now almost all of it runs through me. I’d like it to run through you.
Most of the work is helping me be useful in public. I write and speak fairly often now, some of it produced with a studio we work with, so a large part of your week is keeping that engine running well: feeding it the inside knowledge only someone here has, holding the quality bar, and making sure everything that goes out still sounds like me. You already know your way around social. Here you’d point that instinct at a company with something real to say, and as you find your feet, you’d hold more of it yourself.
I will be honest that a good part of this is sharpening and steering rather than inventing from a blank page. If the only work you enjoy is your own ideas built from nothing, you’d be restless. If you like taking something half-formed and making it genuinely good, and leaving the whole operation better than you found it, you’ll enjoy this a great deal. The more you show you can carry, the more I hand over.
It’s in Bengaluru, at our Whitefield office, and in person. Pay is roughly ₹9 to ₹16 lakh a year depending on what you bring, with real room to grow, though the honest draw is how much you’ll touch and how fast you’ll learn.
