Strategic Initiatives Manager@Fortify Health
We're hiring for 3 roles to help Fortify Health reduce iron-deficiency anaemia at even greater scale.
Fortify Health is at an exciting acceleration point. We're now reaching more than 20 million beneficiaries a month through hassle-free food fortification, and over the last six months we've been expanding our government partnerships across India at a rapid pace.
The question we're working on now: how do we cost-effectively amplify that impact over the next two-plus years, both by going deeper in India and by exploring new geographies?
To help us think through it, I'm looking to bring on three people to work closely with me and our leadership team:
1. Strategic Initiatives Manager or Senior Manager (full-time) — owns our biggest strategic questions long-term, from ideation through to implementation.
2. Strategy Consultant (6 months) — leads a landscape assessment of high-impact, cost-effective interventions we might pursue next.
3. CEO's Office Associate (6 months) — works right alongside me and our Chief of Staff on the executive, fundraising, and strategic communications side of the house.
We generally prefer candidates based in India but are very open to great people anywhere. Compensation is indicative in each JD, and I've tried to make them as self-explanatory as possible.
If this sounds like you, or someone in your network, I'd love to hear from you. Links to all three job descriptions are in the comments below.
