AI-Native GTM Engineer
We're hiring an AI-Native GTM Engineer.
We run cold email outbound for B2B clients and book meetings for agencies selling Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, AEO, and CRO. We send 500,000+ emails a month. The lists, the copy, the enrichment, the personalization, and the scripts that hold it all together are the product.
Most "list building" or "GTM" roles own one slice. This one owns the whole engine.
You'll run the full outbound pipeline end to end: sourcing, ICP qualification, enrichment, the copy and personalization, launching and managing campaigns, then reading the data and iterating.
And you'll write the code for the 20% that actually decides whether meetings get booked: the niche signal Clay can't fetch, the personalization that reasons over a website's images, the enrichment job that runs on a schedule at a fraction of the credit cost.
