Own scripting, creator briefing, and production quality. Hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and acquisition are your north star - this is where storytelling meets performance marketing. 📍 3–6 yrs in video creative - brand films, creator content, or performance/social videos 2️⃣ Offline Channel Manager – Credit Cards Acquisition Build and scale Scapia's offline acquisition engine - promoter-led activations, DSAs, wealth manager partnerships, and corporate tie-ups. Own the full funnel from lead to activation, negotiate partner commercials, and drive channel expansion across geographies. 📍 4–8 yrs in channel management/offline acquisition for credit cards 3️⃣ Manager – User Growth (Referral, Community & Partners Growth) Own Scapia's referral-led acquisition engine end-to-end - referral program, community & advocacy initiatives, and influencer/affiliate partnerships. You'll build growth loops, own performance metrics (CPA, activation, referral conversion), and scale acquisition through engagement-led channels. 📍 3–6 yrs in growth, referrals, community, or partnerships (consumer internet/fintech preferred) 📩 Interested?
