Hi All, i am hiring for a Sn Program manager (5-8yrs exp) in my team to drive e2e program management of Strategic Product initiatives at Swiggy.
As a Program Manager, the role would involve working with leaders to build a product roadmap, execute multiple product releases with Engg, PM and DS teams, and work on scoping, resource conflicts, scheduling, progress tracking, issue resolution and GTM’ng of the features.  Ideal for candidates -With 5-8 years of experience in Program management ( Tech/Business), Business/operations roles having a bent of technical mindset. At Rovia, everyone is a customer support executive. Since we started, Shivang Badaya and I have been the top two people on customer chat. Still are. And we plan to stay that way for a long time. Everyone we hire also sits on chat, responds to WhatsApp messages. You find out what's actually broken in a few minutes of talking to a real customer. We're now hiring someone to build and scale this properly. Own the entire ops, build the process, define the metrics. What you'll be doing - Handling customer chat and owning the end-to-end customer experience - Building our ticketing setup and defining SLAs - Building the product ops processes behind it - Automating the manual work What we're looking for - 0–3 years of experience - Analytical - Fluent in English, written and spoken. You'll be the face of Rovia to our customers - An instinct for automation Location: Bangalore (On-Site) We're a small team and there's no way we can read every resume properly.
