Chief of Staff
I'm looking for a hungry, smart, high EQ future-founder to work side-by-side with me as my Chief of Staff.
I would've killed for this job at 24.
You'd be in every real decision we make - the hiring calls, the product fights, the investor conversations that go sideways, the messy moments that never make it into a LinkedIn post.
The job is 16 hours a day, in person in San Francisco, next to me, for all of it.
I have a specific kind of person in mind. The kind whose friends would call them:
- the smartest person they know
- trustworthy
- quick to learn anything you put in front of them
- kind and helpful
- a force of nature
- mature
I'm not looking for someone who wants to be a Chief of Staff for the next 10 years. I want someone who's going to start their own company in a few years and understands that the best preparation is being this close to one before they build their own.
