Principal Wealth Advisor@The Financialist
We're hiring Principal Wealth Advisors.
Most of the financial industry gets paid to sell you something. We built The Financialist on the opposite premise: we are paid by the client, and only by the client, which means the advice we give is the only product we sell, and the client's interest is the most important thing we need to protect.
When your incentive is aligned with the person in front of you, "do the right thing even when no one's watching" stops being a poster on the wall and becomes the entire job.
We're looking for advisors who feel the weight of that. People who understand that a family's retirement, a child's education, a first home, these aren't line items, they're someone's life.
Backed by Zerodha, we're building one of India's most trusted financial services companies, and we want people who think beyond returns.
What we're looking for in a Principal Wealth Advisor:
• CA or top-tier MBA (mandatory), plus CFP/CWM, or CFA L2 cleared / L3 candidate
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Integrity, curiosity, and a genuine obsession with the client's outcome

And if you want to, drop me a note too at priyank[at]thefinancialist[dot]co. I read every one, and a note in your own words tells me more than a resume ever could. Don't send a cover letter, just tell me your why: why this work, why advice, why the person on the other side of the table matters to you. That's what we're actually hiring for.
