Eliminating manual work from finance back-offices

Founding Product Manager@ZeroGrunt AI
This one feels special.
After having done product management for 14 years and hiring so many PMs, I can safely say this the most exciting role, I have ever done or hired for. I am hiring company's founding PM at ZeroGrunt AI We're a bootstrapped, B2B, AI-native startup. We're already live with paying enterprise customers and seeing good traction. About our mission Most back-offices still run on people doing repetitive work by hand. Copying numbers between screens, matching documents, approving the same things every month. We build AI agents that do that work, with a human still in charge. We started with finance because it's the messiest, the largest place of impact we could find. The role The job is to go sit with the people doing the work, understand it properly, and then build the agent that takes it over. Not write a spec and hand it off. Actually build it, watch it break on real data, fix it, ship it. Then do it again with the next problem. You'll learn a new use case every few weeks and have to get good at it fast. You'll work directly with customers and engineers. Early on, you decide a lot of what we build and how. Who should apply If figuring out how things actually work is your idea of fun, and you want to get crazy good at Claude Code, email me at ravi@zerogrunt.ai or DM. Experience: 1-3 years of PM or generalist experience at a startup/tech company. Comp: Competitive + Equity.
