🚀 We are hiring a Product Manager at Porter This isn't a "support the roadmap" role. You will own a full product charter, the OKRs, the discovery, the roadmap, and the business impact. High independence. Real accountability. Visible outcomes. What you will do: → Own your charter, end to end from problem discovery to delivery to impact → Run multiple discovery initiatives at once and turn messy data into sharp insights → Write PRDs people actually want to build from → Drive your charter's roadmap, 2–3 quarters out → Rally engineering, design, business & data teams to ship → Mentor junior PMs along the way What we are looking for: → 4–7 yrs in product, with 2+ on B2C consumer products at scale → Proven charter ownership with measurable OKRs → Serious data fluency, metric definitions, impact sizing, anomaly-to-action → A/B experimentation + iterative shipping in your DNA → The ability to influence without authority Bonus points: platform / growth / engagement / personalisation experience, and a background at a B2C company with 1Mn+ MAU. 📍 Bengaluru If this sounds like you (or someone you know) drop a comment or DM me.
