Founder's Office
Most job posts are written to make the work sound easy.
This one won't be.
I'm opening three roles in my founder's office, people who'll sit close to me, the team, and the decisions we make every day. Before anyone applies, I want to be honest about whom I'm looking for.
Not three versions of the same person. Three very different minds.
One - the storyteller who thinks in strategy. Someone who can sit inside our content and brand work and shape it, not just run it. A psychology background, 2–3 years in advertising or media, and an instinct for why people feel what they feel.
Two - the builder who loves the messy zero. Sharp, analytical, almost annoyingly precise. The kind of person who wants to build something from nothing — a new category, a new line, a new journey — and stays in the discomfort of 0 to 1 until it works.
Three - the one who believes in people. Someone who genuinely believes most people are good and wants to build a culture that proves it. A background in psychology or behavioural science, a couple of years in HR, and a real pull toward making people feel safe enough to do their best work.
Now the part I won't soften.
Working with me is hard. You'll stretch. You'll be pulled out of your comfort zone more often than you'd like. You'll learn fast, unlearn faster, and care about your craft on the days no one is watching.
I'm not offering a comfortable seat.
I'm looking for the hungry ones. The ones who refuse to be mediocre. The ones who want to build something of their own — and are willing to do the slow, unglamorous work it takes.
If that made you sit up instead of flinch, I want to hear from you.
