🚀 We’re hiring: Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI📍 Remote | India Most AI roles are about building another chatbot. This one is different. At Srotas Health, we’re building agentic AI systems that work inside real clinical research workflows reading complex medical data, matching patients to trials, coordinating recruitment tasks, and helping research teams move faster. We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can design and build AI agents that are reliable, scalable, and production-ready not just impressive in a demo. What we’re looking for: Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, tool-calling, and agentic workflows Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Strong Python engineering skills Experience building production-grade AI systems, not just prototypes Good understanding of evaluation, observability, guardrails, and failure handling Comfortable working with unstructured data, documents, APIs, and workflow automation Healthcare / clinical data experience is a plus, not mandatory You’ll work directly with the founding team on some of the most important AI problems in healthcare: moving from “AI that answers” to “AI that acts.” Interested?
