I’m hiring for 2 roles in the Instamart Growth Marketing team.
1. Senior Manager - Growth Marketing
Own new initiatives on performance marketing, AI & Martech Growth Supporting Charters, Peformance & Brand GTMs, launch playbooks, and 0→1 growth charters in performance marketing.
2. Senior Executive - Performance Marketing
Work hands-on across Google , Meta , Apple Ads , Snap Inc. & X (formerly Twitter) other chanels campaign ops, attribution, legal/payment workflows, and execution.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Hands-on, high ownership, and outcome-first
- Very important - AI-native in how they work, think, build, analyze, and automate
- Excited to build one of the most explosive brands in the Q-commerce space & be part of the AI-first performance marketing teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Bangalore based Hybrid Working (3 days work from office)
