Scrabble is hiring for a GTM, Founder's Office mandate with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building AI-powered solutions for conversational AI for an early stage start up.
This is a role where you'd own high-impact growth initiatives while partnering directly with the founder to scale the business.
Location: Bangalore
The incumbent will:
→ Work closely with the founders to drive GTM strategy, growth, and go-to-market execution
→ Drive and execute growth, marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives across markets
→ Come with 2–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, GTM, or Founder's Office roles within high-growth B2B SaaS companies
→ Bring a strong bias for execution, analytical thinking, and experience working in fast-paced, 0→1 startup environments
