The kind of things that HR teams & leaders want to offer but rarely have the bandwidth to set up themselves. We need someone who can own these relationships end to end. You would be working directly with business executives, HR teams, and benefits leads at corporates to understand what their people actually need, put together a programme that fits, the kind of educational workshops that's most relevant to their teams, and make it happen.
