That's why we need great people who understand business and brand building to come & scale them.

1. Business Head (2) - own a brand within Growth Labs - category management, strategy, performance, data, pricing, negotiations - all of it
2. Performance Marketer (2) - someone who breathes conversion funnels, strategises & executes on ads day on day
Your Growth Labs helps brands scale on quick commerce. We work with 6 brands & manage 150 crores of yearly revenue on Blinkit Instamart Zepto and more. We want (are) to be the McKinsey & Company of QCOM with rigorous executional chops.
