Role Overview:
The Product Manager will drive the growth and evolution of RBL Bank’s UPI and digital payments ecosystem, focused on delivering seamless, reliable, and scalable consumer payment experiences. This role requires close collaboration with technology, business, risk, and compliance teams to enhance product performance, user engagement, and monetization opportunities, while ensuring adherence to NPCI and RBI guidelines.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through product enhancements
Build and optimize UPI use-cases:
- P2P & P2M payments
- TPAPs
- Ensure regulatory compliance (NPCI / RBI norms)
- Cross-functional collaboration
🧠 Key Skills:
- UPI Product Experience
- Strong understanding of UPI flows and ecosystem
