Here's the brief: own the visual grammar of the brand at scale. Our website and app, our stores, our marketplaces, our campaigns - everything that's meant to make someone stop and look. One unified, ownable and premium aesthetic across all of it. I'm looking for someone who thinks in big ideas, has impeccable taste, and sweats the details. Someone who can build a brand world that cuts through the sameness of D2C, and make work that looks beautiful and actually converts. For the right person, this should be a rare and exciting opportunity. You get your fingerprints on the DNA of a brand consumers already love, at a moment it's scaling fast. So what you make actually shapes where we go. You'll stretch across static, motion, film, web, app, and retail, building a visual world across all of it, alongside a creative team that's as sharp as it is fun to work with.
