The Flipkart Marketplace team is looking for a Senior Manager – Seller Product Initiative to join us in Bengaluru! 📍 In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, driving product adoption and building seamless experiences that help MSMEs thrive on our platform. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution of critical seller-facing initiatives. What you’ll be doing: ​Defining the vision for key seller initiatives like onboarding, growth tools, pricing, and fulfillment. ​Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Business Finance teams to launch scalable solutions. ​Using first-principles thinking and data to measure impact, identify friction points, and unlock new growth levers for sellers! What we’re looking for: ​🎓 MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a Tier-1 business school (e.g., IIMs, ISB,MDI, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR). ​💼 3 to 5 years of core E-commerce experience (Program Management, Seller Growth, Category Management, or E-commerce Product Operations preferred). ​📊 Strong analytical prowess (comfort with SQL/Excel) and a hustle-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
