You'll need:
1. 2-6 years in program/ops/business roles
2. Strong comfort with data, metrics and dashboards
3. Cross-functional chops, bias for action, and ease with ambiguity
Big bonus if you have:
1. Background in entertainment, OTT, or consumer tech
2. Experience with predictive modelling, designing and executing data driven experiments shaping consumer behaviour
