This is not your typical analyst role. You won't just be building dashboards or answering "how many users did X." You'll be digging into behavioural data to ask - why do members keep showing up, and what makes them stop? Then turning those answers into real product decisions. We're obsessed with understanding what drives consistency. One of our favourite projects - Ninja - cracked open something fascinating: members who complete 3 specific exercises across 4 consecutive weeks build a habit that's hard to break. That one insight changed how we think about product design for retention. Another one - Squad Goals - where users form squads and take on challenges together. Does competing with friends drive consistency? When does it backfire? What reward cadence keeps squads alive vs. going cold? There's a lot more we haven't figured out yet. That's where you come in. You'll be doing things like: → Finding the signals in member behaviour that predict long-term engagement → Designing and concluding experiments with rigour and speed → Partnering with Product and Design to translate insight into features → Identifying new product opportunities that nobody's thought to look for yet You might be a good fit if: ✓ You think in hypotheses, not just queries ✓ You've run A/B tests and know where they lie to you ✓ You care about the so what more than the what ✓ You want your work to influence what a million people do with their bodies 3-5 years of experience.
