My team is hiring!
Role: Manager, AI/ML CoE
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
Looking for someone with 3-6 years in AI/ML/Data Science. Not just built models but taken them to production, managed MLOps pipelines, and worked with GenAI and LLMs beyond the tutorial level.
Use cases you will own: customer experience, churn, lifetime value, and internal efficiency. Real problems with real business impact.
You should be comfortable with Python, cloud deployments on Azure or AWS, and fine-tuning open source LLMs. Bonus if you have worked with agentic workflows.
The role also needs someone who can mentor junior folks and speak the language of business stakeholders, not just engineers.
