There isn't a playbook for this. Very few teams are working on these problems at this scale. So if you're the kind of person who notices details in everyday experiences, loves asking "why?", enjoys making things move in ways that tell a story, or finds excitement in talking to people and uncovering what they actually mean (not just what they say), then you will enjoy this journey. This won't be one of those internships where you're waiting around for instructions.
