We are hiring an engineer to transform how ElevenLabs operates from within. This role is part of our Internal AI Transformation team and focuses on building agentic systems that automate workflows. The engineer will collaborate with teams across Finance, RevOps, People, and Ops to identify and replace painful manual workflows with effective agentic systems. Responsibilities will vary from integrating an MCP server with internal tools to establishing a data pipeline that automates finance processes. This position is ideal for someone who: - Builds and deploys agentic workflows in production environments, not just for demonstrations - Has hands-on experience with MCPs - Is familiar with GCP, Kubernetes, and data pipelines - Enjoys working closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand their challenges and create functional systems This is a globally remote position, open to anyone with substantial experience in building agentic workstreams.
