📍 Square Yards We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to work on AI Chatbots, Autonomous Calling Agents, and LLM powered Automation Systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding user journeys, validating AI behavior, analyzing data, and improving product quality through insights rather than manual testing. What You'll Do: • Test and validate AI workflows, chatbots, and voice agents • Analyze user behavior, drop-offs, and conversion funnels • Gather requirements from business teams and translate them into product improvements • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams • Identify quality gaps, AI failure patterns and optimization opportunities Who Should Apply? • 1-4 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Operations, or QA • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies • Understanding of product lifecycle and customer journeys Good to Have: • Experience with AI/LLM based products • Knowledge of APIs, SQL, MongoDB, Cursor or VS Code • Exposure to SaaS, AI, PropTech or FinTech products 📩 Share your CV via DM and I'll share the detailed JD.
