We step in, partner with founders, and lead operations with a true hands-on ownership mindset. We are looking for an Associate, Founders’ Office to act as a direct extension of the founders. This isn't just a deal-making role; it’s a career accelerator. Once we acquire a business, you won’t just jump to the next spreadsheet; the right candidate will have a clear path to transition into a high impact leadership or strategy role within the portfolio company itself. 💼 What You’ll Do You will sit right at the intersection of investment evaluation, transaction execution, and post-acquisition strategy: - Deal Evaluation & Execution: Source and screen potential SME targets, build/stress-test financial models, and drive end-to-end diligence (commercial, financial, legal). - Founder’s Support & Operations: Tackle high-priority strategic growth projects alongside the founders and build MIS frameworks for portfolio readiness. - Strategy & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive industry research, competitive mapping, and capital structuring analysis. 🎯 Who You Are - Experience: 1 to 3 years post-undergrad (BBA, B-Tech, B-Com, CA, or MBA). Background: Investment Banking, Investing, or a high-growth Startup (Founders' Office/Strategy). - Mindset: An owner, not an employee. You have a heavy bias for execution, don't need a manual to get things done, and thrive in comfortably navigating unstructured environments. 📍 The Details - Location: Bangalore (ORR) – 5 days work from office. - Compensation: ₹8 LPA – ₹10 LPA (commensurate with experience). - The Big Perk: Direct, daily exposure to founders and senior stakeholders.
