We're looking for candidates with 4–8 years of experience, including time spent at a tier-one management consulting firm and meaningful operating experience in a high-growth startup environment. This is not a traditional strategy role. You'll spend as much time driving outcomes as you will building recommendations. The mandate spans strategy, execution and new business building, with direct exposure to the leadership team and the opportunity to help shape the future of fitness in India. Over the last few years, our team has worked on: • Identifying and launching new businesses such as Pilates Circle by cult and Yoga Circle by cult • Defining growth priorities and expansion roadmaps across our fitness and products businesses • Building a deeper understanding of consumer behaviour, spending patterns and emerging trends within the fitness category • Driving high-impact initiatives in partnership with leaders across functions and business units This role is based in Bengaluru and requires candidates to relocate if they are not already here.
