We’re looking for someone who gets marketers — their chaos, their campaigns, their midnight “why did CTR drop” panic. If you’ve lived that world or supported it, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll do: → Own customer accounts post-sales → Drive adoption & growth on the MoEngage platform → Be the trusted advisor marketers actually listen to What we need: → 1–3 years in client-facing / TAM / presales roles → Understanding of the marketing ecosystem — CRM, mobile, campaigns, the works → Strong communicator.
