At Rovia, everyone is a customer support executive. Since we started, Shivang Badaya and I have been the top two people on customer chat. Still are. And we plan to stay that way for a long time. Everyone we hire also sits on chat, responds to WhatsApp messages. You find out what's actually broken in a few minutes of talking to a real customer. We're now hiring someone to build and scale this properly. Own the entire ops, build the process, define the metrics.
