I’m looking to hire for a role within the sourcing team focused on New Initiatives.
This is not a conventional sourcing role.
The mandate is simple:
Build sourcing capabilities for categories that don’t exist for us yet.
The work will involve:
Setting up end-to-end sourcing for entirely new categories
Building supplier ecosystems across India and global markets
Working closely with manufacturing partners
Balancing quality, speed, cost, scalability, and execution in real time
Creating processes and systems from scratch in a fast-moving environment
We’re looking for:
People who are highly ownership-driven, analytical, resourceful and curious
Tier 1 MBA graduates (freshers or 1–2 years experience)
Tier 1 engineering graduates with 1–2 years experience
There’s also a fair bit of travel involved - factory visits, new geographies and on-ground learning. For the right person, that’s usually the fun part.
This is the kind of role where your learning curve can compound very quickly if you enjoy operating in ambiguity and building at scale.
