I’m hiring for a Head of CX Operations role with an early-stage consumer commerce platform in Bangalore.
This is not a conventional support role.
The mandate is to build the entire customer experience function from the ground up — across support operations, escalations, service design, retention, quality, automation, and process excellence.
The company is still in its 0→1 phase, which means this role needs someone who can operate in ambiguity, build systems from scratch, and scale teams without losing customer empathy along the way.
Looking for someone who:
• Has scaled CX / support operations in ecommerce, quick commerce, consumer internet, or high-growth startups
• Understands workforce management, QA, SLAs, and operational rigor deeply
• Can balance customer experience with business efficiency
• Has strong people leadership and high ownership
This is a high-visibility leadership role with significant influence on how the brand is experienced by customers as the business scales.
A background in internet marketplaces / Quick Commerce / E-commerce / platform business and related industries would be preferred.
