She sat in every room, owned every follow-up, ran the engine. A few months later, she graduated - she's now our Head of Ops. And she's about to take on her next chapter: leading our UAE expansion. That's the path. That's the promise. And now I'm hiring the next one. I'm looking for a Founders Office Analyst. My right hand. Someone who'll be in every room, every call, every decision - and make sure nothing slips. You'll run my calendar, my inbox, my commitments, my follow-ups. You'll track every promise I make and every promise made to me. You'll prep me before meetings and close the loop after. If I forget it, you remember it. If I miss it, you catch it. Zero balls dropped is the bar. You'll work directly with me. Learn the playbook. Then own it, evolve it, run it. Think of it as a real-world MBA. You'll see how we close deals, handle crises, build partnerships, and now - open new geographies. You'll learn why some meetings are worth ₹2Cr and others aren't worth 2 minutes. You'll watch how companies actually get built and scaled across borders. This is an 18-month apprenticeship. After that, you graduate graduate into owning core parts of the business - GTM, Partnerships, Events, Community or your own geography. Rithika is proof.
