We’re looking for a Lead – Financial Reporting to join our Finance team in Bengaluru.
What we’re looking for:
A Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial reporting, controllership, accounting or audit.
Experience in a high-growth startup, consumer internet, fintech or other fast-paced environment. Big Four audit experience is a strong advantage.
Someone operating at a Lead / strong IC level, with ownership of book closures, reconciliations, audits, financial reporting and accounting processes.
Strong accounting and reporting fundamentals, with hands-on experience in Tally/other accounting ERPs and advanced Excel. BI tools such as Tableau are a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and exploring AI-driven tools and process automation.
