🚀 We’re hiring: AI Engineer (Backend) at Rovia At Rovia, we’re building a wealth management platform for global tech professionals and high-net-worth individuals — starting with RSU diversification and expanding into full-spectrum financial planning. We’re looking for a Backend + AI Engineer with ~3–4 years of experience to help us build the conversational AI layer at the heart of how our clients interact with their wealth. Think of it as building a private banker available 24/7, powered by agentic AI, on bank-grade infrastructure. What you’ll work on: * Design and build conversational AI agents for a high-trust fintech product * Build and deploy agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore — Runtime, Gateway, Identity, Memory & Observability * Take AI agents from prototype → production, including deployment, session isolation, monitoring and scaling * Build backend APIs, data pipelines and integrations with brokerages and financial-data providers * Work closely with a small, high-ownership founding engineering team What we’re looking for: * 3–4 years of backend engineering experience * Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Python * Good understanding of system design, APIs and AWS * Genuine interest in LLMs, agentic AI and production AI systems * Most importantly: experience actually deploying AI agents in production, not only building prototypes or demos Good to have: Amazon Bedrock / AgentCore, LangChain, LangGraph, Strands Agents, CrewAI, MCP, A2A, RAG, vector databases, Docker, serverless systems, or previous fintech/wealth-tech experience. 📍 Bangalore — On-site If this sounds interesting, you can send your resume to careers@rovia.one.
