We are hiring strong Java Backend Engineers for a fast-scaling product company.
✅ Must Have:
• 5+ yrs backend engineering with Java, Spring Boot
• 2.5+ yrs as SDE-2/SDE-3 in Decacorn/Product companies
• REST APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems
• Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis/Memcached
• MySQL + NoSQL DBs
• AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD & DevOps exposure
• Strong ownership in HLD/LLD, scalability & performance optimization
• Product/platform engineering experience only
• Stable tenure (2+ yrs in previous companies)
🎯 Preferred Companies:
Top tech-first startups / Unicorns / Global product firms like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc.
🎓 Tier-1 / Tier-2 CS background preferred (can be relaxed for strong product experience)
