Role Overview We are looking for engineers who can move fast in a high-velocity environment, ship full-stack features in production, and apply LLMs to real enterprise document workloads. The work spans designing, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced models (LLMs, VLMs, MoE architectures) using techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT, alongside building secure, performant back-office applications end-to-end. SDE 3 / Lead Engineer - Founding Team - 5+ years software engineering, 2+ years in GenAI / LLMs - Operates with extreme ownership and a founder mindset - Owns the technical roadmap, not just contributes - Adds value in customer, product, and board conversations - Early-stage startup experience is a plus Who You Will Work With You will work directly with our engineering leadership - Kaustav Ray and Hemshankar Sahu and collaborate closely with our CTO, Vibhanshu Abhishek, CS professor at CMU and UC Irvine.
