#Hiring: Staff Product Designer (Contract) — ServiceNow IDC
The next generation of enterprise software won't look like the last one. At ServiceNow, we're rebuilding our products to be AI-native — where the interface anticipates, agents act, and work flows without friction. I'm looking for a Staff Product Designer to join my team on an 8–12 month contract to help shape this future.
What you should bring: (Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.)
-5–8 years of product design experience across both enterprise and consumer products.
-A deep understanding of AI-native design, with at least one shipped AI-native product behind you.
-A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end interaction and product design craft : how you frame problems, design flows, and handle complexity. This is not a visual design role, so brand work, style guides, and design system documentation are not what we're looking for.
-The ability to drive work independently while collaborating closely with PM, engineering, and research counterparts.
-Experience with complex enterprise products is a strong plus.
Location is Hyderabad(preferred) or Bangalore, hybrid.
