🚀 Hiring Alert | Associate / Technical Product Manager at Increff We're looking for an Associate / Technical Product Manager to join our team at Increff and help build products that power large-scale retail and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Product and Engineering—owning not just the "what" but also the "how." What we're looking for: ✅ Engineering degree (mandatory) ✅ 2–4 years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience ✅ 1–3 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or B2B platforms ✅ Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, scalability, and technical decision-making ✅ Experience writing PRDs, defining workflows, creating prototypes/mockups, and collaborating closely with engineering teams ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bonus points if you have experience with: • WMS, OMS, ERP, or supply chain products • Microservices and workflow orchestration systems • Figma, Cursor, or other prototyping tools • AI-powered product experiences In this role, you'll help shape our Multichannel Fulfillment Platform, including Warehouse Management Systems, Order Management Systems, Store Management Systems, and Integrations—working on everything from product discovery and workflow design to architecture discussions and enterprise-scale implementations.
